AITEX Summit Fall 2026: From Prompt to Product

The Association of Information Technology Experts is hosting AITEX Summit Fall 2026 on November 21-23, 2026. Over three days, developers, researchers, engineers, designers and technical leaders will turn ambitious AI ideas into working solutions for business, society and everyday work. Registration is now open for both participants and judges.

This season's theme, "From Prompt to Product," names the gap most AI projects never cross. A prompt is where an idea starts, not where it ends. Showing that something is possible takes minutes. Making it dependable takes real data, tested edge cases and an interface people can pick up on their own.

The Fall Summit is built around that work. Teams build their projects, get feedback from experienced professionals along the way, and present a finished solution to an international judging panel.

Four Tracks, One Goal

Participants choose the track that matches their expertise:
• Agents & Automation: AI that acts, not just answers. Autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, workflow automation and tool-using models.
• AI at Work: tools that rethink how businesses operate. Analytics, decision support, customer-facing AI and intelligent productivity tools.
• AI for Society: technology for healthcare, education, accessibility and sustainability, where a well-built solution makes a meaningful difference.
• Open Innovation: your vision, your rules. Experimental AI projects, new frameworks and ideas that fit no existing category.

The tracks differ in focus, but every project is held to the same standard: it has to work in the real world.

World-Class Judges and Expert Feedback

Every submission is reviewed by an international panel of practicing professionals, including engineers from major technology companies. Judges evaluate projects across all four tracks and bring industry knowledge, technical insight and real-world experience to the process.
The panel looks at how each project functions, how practical it is, and whether it would hold up outside a controlled demo. For participants, that means honest feedback from people who build and ship technology for a living.

Awards and Recognition

The top three projects share $1,000 in cash prizes, along with recognition that stays visible after the event:
• 1st Place: $500, a winner's badge, a featured project on the event website, an official certificate, and a dedicated publication on the AITEX Association website.
• 2nd Place: $300, a featured project on the event website, an official finalist certificate, and a project spotlight on the event website.
• 3rd Place: $200, a featured project on the event website, an official finalist certificate, and a dedicated project spotlight on event website.

Featured in TechTimes

TechTimes published a feature on the event on September 30, covering the opening of registration for participants and judges.

The article sets the summit against a wider industry shift: AI is making individuals more productive, yet lasting business results come from teams that redesign how work gets done. It also highlights this season's focus on AI systems that carry out real tasks, where the model is one component among data sources, validation steps and a well-designed interface.

How to Join

Developers, researchers, engineers and designers with an idea they want to take further can register as participants. The form asks for a LinkedIn and GitHub profile along with basic contact details.

Experienced professionals who want to help shape the next wave of AI projects can apply to become a judge.
