The Video Translation Tool earned praise for its ability to transform videos into global content through automated dubbing in over 100 languages.
Special recognition was given to RescueMind for its innovative use of Groq’s GPT-OSS and real-time community data to help emergency teams develop disaster response plans in minutes.
TechBullion also acknowledged our distinguished judging panel, noting that they went beyond evaluation to mentor, challenge, and refine participant ideas into real-world tools. Nine judges were honored for their contributions to technical, strategic, and ethical excellence.
