Abdiaziz Abdishukurov is an EdTech entrepreneur, instructional product developer, and international education consultant with more than six years of experience working at the intersection of digital education, artificial intelligence, and cross-border university admissions. Since 2019, Abdiaziz Abdishukurov has served as Founder and CEO of 4Prep Academy, an education consulting company built to address a clear structural gap in international admissions support for Central Asian students. Recognizing that students from Uzbekistan and neighboring countries lacked reliable, culturally fluent guidance for applying to U.S. and European universities, he designed a four-tier consulting structure, VISA, CORE, PRO, and ELITE, covering F-1 visa preparation, application strategy, university selection, document preparation, and full admissions support. He built and managed an operations team responsible for sales, client onboarding, editing, and visa preparation assistance, and created a culturally adapted Instagram direct-message sales workflow for Russian- and Uzbek-speaking clients, complete with formal communication protocols and localized engagement standards. For students facing F-1 visa refusals, he developed a redirect strategy connecting them with alternative university pathways in Italy, Germany, Latvia, and other European markets. He managed Meta Ads campaigns and built a two-track growth model combining viral educational content with direct conversion campaigns, growing the 4Prep Academy Instagram account to more than 47,000 followers and positioning it as a trusted educational guidance brand for the region.
Beginning in 2024, Abdiaziz Abdishukurov expanded his work into AI product development as Founder and Product Developer of AI World, an avatar-based AI professor platform designed to provide personalized, accessible instruction to students regardless of geography, institutional access, or language background. The concept emerged following his participation in the ETC Synthetic Media Summit at the University of Southern California. He developed the product around a digital faculty of subject-specific AI instructors, beginning with Tyler, an AI economics professor, and built the MVP using Claude and GPT models for instructional intelligence, HeyGen for avatar generation, ElevenLabs for voice synthesis, Next.js for frontend development, and Supabase for backend infrastructure. The platform targets a core global education challenge, the shortage of qualified, affordable instruction for students outside elite academic environments, and is designed to scale across multilingual and underserved student communities through AI-powered personalization.
In parallel with his consulting and product work, Abdiaziz Abdishukurov has built a broad educational media ecosystem reaching more than 370,000 followers across his personal Instagram account (@abdiazizus, with more than 323,000 followers), the 4Prep company account, two YouTube channels, and a Telegram channel. He created a content system in which each channel serves a distinct role in education, lead generation, and community engagement, and developed a reusable storytelling framework adapted to the cultural expectations and aspirations of Central Asian audiences. He produced educational content filmed at institutions including the University of California, Berkeley, using campus-based storytelling to make U.S. higher education more visible and relatable to prospective international students.

Abdiaziz Abdishukurov has received meaningful recognition for his contributions to education and youth leadership. In 2022, he was invited to speak at a Regional Educational Conference organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where he presented on best educational practices and the incorporation of AI in education before approximately 500 representatives from the Ministry, government, education, and nonprofit sectors. His EdTech project was recognized as one of the leading projects at the conference, and he received a Certificate of Excellence for his contributions. In 2020, he delivered a TED-Ed Talk on overcoming fear, discipline, and resilience, drawing on his background as a competitive swimmer to explore perseverance and leadership. He has also been recognized with the "Your Voice" nominee award at the First Annual Youth Plenary Session organized with UzLiDeP and UZTEA, received a Certificate of Excellence at the International Leadership Camp at Zaamin Sunrise Camp in 2018, and was recognized at the Uzbekistan Republic Swimming Championship. He served as a delegate and DAIS member at multiple international Model United Nations conferences, including roles moderating ECOSOC sessions and organizing the Imperial Model United Nations Conference and the XXI International Education and Career Exhibition Fair. He has also contributed to Khan Academy O'zbek and participated in education fairs supporting access to localized and international learning resources.
