During this time, he collaborated with the art team to create user personas and improved 1-day user retention by 14%. He also designed the app architecture using Unity .NET C#, Nakama, and Go, which enabled smooth processing of 100+ effects and 100+ enemies in real-time on low-performance devices.

At Visualization Laboratory Sphere, Amir Adigamov held two positions between May 2018 and May 2019. As Lead Unity Developer from June 2018 to May 2019, he completed a comprehensive overhaul of all legacy C#.NET code for the Digital Field PC/Mobile business data visualization platform, achieving a 50% increase in frame rate performance within three months. This platform was successfully deployed by Rosneft. He also led the technical development, artistic direction, and design of the UVAT PC/Mobile/AR/VR initiative for digital transformation of oil and gas infrastructures and increased 3D graphics rendering performance by up to 200% by optimizing Unity HLSL shaders to support GPU Instancing. He briefly served as Senior Unity Developer from May 2018 to June 2018.
From February 2017 to February 2018, Amir Adigamov worked as a Unity Developer at 1C Game Studios, where he built various systems for Caliber, a PC team-based tactical shooter game, including an interface manager and game localization system as part of a 30+ person team. He also developed custom HLSL shaders and UI particles that enhanced game performance and reduced video memory usage.

Amir Adigamov founded Anro in March 2013 and served as Unity Developer until February 2017, building hardcore mobile games. He worked on two games from concept to release with a team of six specialists, developed a procedural generation system for Unity Terrain based on an efficient Perlin noise algorithm that achieved stable 60 FPS performance on lower-end devices, and implemented a custom multiplatform multiplayer framework using asynchronous .NET sockets that enabled real-time gameplay for up to 30 players.

Amir Adigamov earned a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Kazan State University between September 2015 and February 2017. He has received recognition including the CNews Award in the Industry category in July 2020 for his work at Visualization Laboratory Sphere and the Microsoft Imagine Cup Audience Award in November 2016 during his time at Kazan State University.
