Anastasiia Ignatenko is a Chief Product Officer with more than 10 years of experience building data-driven SaaS products across AdTech, HRTech, and FinTech. She specializes in AI-powered platforms, programmatic advertising, and go-to-market strategy, and has managed cross-functional international teams through periods of rapid business growth.

Since March 2026, she has served as Chief Product Officer at Gravite, part of Aonic Group. She is growing a range of mobile in-app AdTech products, including a mediation platform and an ad exchange covering in-app and CTV inventory. She is also building an in-house ML recommendation system service and a DSP for Aonic Group, and she is leading the company's shift to AI-driven operations so that Engineering, Product, and Business teams work AI-first and make decisions based on data.

From October 2022 to February 2026, she was Director of Product at adjoe, a global AdTech provider. She directed the strategy and delivery of its programmatic products and built a fully functional programmatic ecosystem from zero to one within two years. The ecosystem included a DSP, SSP, ad exchange, and mediation with real-time bidding and mobile SDKs, and it served millions of daily users worldwide. The mediation product became an SDK bidding partner of Applovin MAX in beta. She led the development of an AI recommendation system with the ML team, which predicted user conversions and user quality for advertisers and improved returns for clients. She scaled the department to four cross-functional teams of more than 25 people across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics, managed key partnerships with market-leading programmatic companies, owned the department's P&L, and reported directly to the founders.

Before that, from May 2021 to September 2022, she was Chief Product Officer at Podbor.io, an HRTech platform. She oversaw product strategy for a B2B SaaS product for AI-driven recruitment, with a search engine covering more than 3 million tech talents and AI-powered CV analysis that handled skills recognition, experience classification, candidate-to-job matching, and ranking. By building a roadmap informed by users, delivering on time, and opening new market segments with high-value clients, she achieved 3x revenue growth and 2x user feature engagement in one year. She led the integration with the top three local enterprise applicant tracking systems, owned the P&L of the whole company, and handled financial reporting to shareholders, including during the acquisition period.

At Double Data, an AdTech and FinTech company, Anastasiia Ignatenko held four roles over several years. As Head of Product Development from December 2018 to April 2021, she created a new revenue stream worth 30% of the company's revenue by launching several data products from zero to one. They included a retail audit product built on transactional data with an international bank, an online-to-offline measurement and attribution platform for global consumer brands, and an influencer marketing solution based on client CRM data for e-commerce and finance companies. As Senior Product Manager from March 2018 to November 2018, she built the company's first AdTech SaaS product, a big data analytics platform. It increased recurrent revenue by 12% and was adopted by top international ad agencies and brands. She also cut pre-sales and product delivery costs by 10x through process automation. As Senior Project Manager from February 2017 to February 2018, she managed data science projects that generated 25% of company revenue, covering targeting optimization, customer profiling for brand marketing, and ML models for B2C banking. She worked with FMCG, retail, pharma, and banking clients and with top advertising agencies and MBB consulting firms, reporting directly to the CEO. As Technical Product Manager from April 2016 to January 2017, she led the re-engineering of the company's core B2B FinTech product, its main revenue stream. She gathered business requirements, wrote technical specifications, and ran monitoring and billing analysis. The new version complied with legal regulations and secured three new enterprise clients.
She began her career as a System Analyst at Otkritie Bank from April 2015 to March 2016. There she developed an ERP system for the bank's factoring department, used by more than 200 people, designed half of its functionality, and managed technical integration and data migration with another bank after an acquisition. She holds a Master's degree in Information Technology with a focus on mathematical economics from the State University of Management, which she attended from 2010 to 2015.

Her technical expertise spans programmatic advertising, DSP, SSP, and ad exchange platforms, mobile mediation, real-time bidding, mobile SDKs, ML recommendation systems, AI-driven recruitment technology, big data analytics, data science projects, ERP systems, product strategy, P&L management, and go-to-market planning.
