Anton Kulyk is a Senior Full-Stack Engineer and Cybersecurity Investigation Specialist with over 10 years of experience in web development and cybersecurity, currently based in Tampa, Florida. He specializes in backend systems architecture, security, automation, and implementation of AI solutions in practical products.
Anton Kulyk currently serves as CEO and Founder of Cyber Trust Innovations LLC since November 2024, where he established and developed VulnWatch (vulnwatch.tech), an automated web vulnerability scanner SaaS platform. He architected the full-stack solution from concept to production using Go, React, and PostgreSQL with OWASP-compliant security protocols. The platform features comprehensive scanning for common web vulnerabilities including OWASP Top 10 security issues, with CMS detection capabilities, WordPress-specific security modules, and a detailed reporting dashboard. Under his leadership, the platform achieved significant UI improvements and scanning optimization, reducing assessment time while maintaining high accuracy standards.

Concurrently, Anton Kulyk has been working as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for a confidential client under NDA since July 2022. He developed and maintained high-performance web services using PHP, Laravel, and modern JavaScript frameworks. He implemented Redis caching and database optimization techniques that improved application performance, collaborated on system architecture improvements, and maintained high code quality standards through comprehensive code review processes.

From January 2022 to present, Anton Kulyk has worked with Aimprosoft as a Software Development Engineer, focusing on Linux and cybersecurity implementations. He contributed to enterprise-level projects while maintaining his expertise in both development and security domains.
At Datgate LLC from 2019 to 2022, Anton Kulyk served as a Full-Stack Engineer where he developed an automotive SaaS platform with integrations for multiple manufacturer APIs. He built inventory management features and real-time data synchronization systems, creating reusable service architecture patterns that streamlined API integration development for future projects.

From October 2018 to present, Anton Kulyk has held the position of Chief Software Engineer at DealerTower, where he developed API endpoints to manage vehicle data on client websites for their automotive SaaS platform. He conducted code reviews and extended existing functionality for high-traffic applications, integrating with multiple third-party APIs and services for automotive data management.

At TAS Group LLC from 2015 to 2016, Anton Kulyk worked as an Automated Test Engineer where he created comprehensive test cases for banking software code coverage. From 2014 to 2015, Anton Kulyk served as a Software Engineer at PJSC Insurance Company "Kraina" in Ukraine, where he developed reports and automated processes for insurance operations. He created various functionality for call-center operations and customer service, working with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Advantage DB/SQL databases.

From 2011 to 2014, Anton Kulyk worked as a Cybercrime Department Investigator at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, where he conducted digital forensics and cybercrime investigations for national law enforcement. He analyzed digital evidence from various sources including computers, networks, and mobile devices, and collaborated with international law enforcement agencies on cross-border cybercrime cases. This role established his technical expertise in cybersecurity threats, attack patterns, and digital evidence handling.

Anton Kulyk has made notable contributions to open-source projects, including his work on the SocialiteProviders/PayPal package for Laravel. His contributions to this popular Laravel Socialite provider for PayPal OAuth integration are used by thousands of Laravel developers worldwide. He collaborated with the open-source community to maintain and improve authentication flows, enhancing package functionality.

Since November 2025, Anton Kulyk has been an active member of Project Cerebellum, contributing to an AI governance and cybersecurity initiative focused on developing practical frameworks for responsible AI adoption across business and institutional environments.
