Anton Zaluskyi serves as CEO and Founder of Smart Project, a full-cycle game development company operating internationally from Ukraine and Switzerland. With over 15 years of experience in the gaming industry, Zaluskyi has transformed from an independent developer into a business leader overseeing a company that reaches more than 100 million players across 243 countries and has generated over $100 million in total revenue across mobile and social platforms.

As CEO and Founder of Smart Project from June 2009 to present, Zaluskyi leads a team of 90+ specialists from offices in Dnipro and Prague. Under his leadership, the company has delivered 30+ completed projects and achieved significant milestones including 14.5 million downloads of their flagship project "5 Differences Online" alone. His strategic vision guided Smart Project through major technological transformations, including migration from Flash to Unity and expansion into mobile development across multiple game genres.

Zaluskyi's entrepreneurial journey began in 2009 when he independently created "Scanword of the Day" for VKontakte, achieving a daily audience of 200,000 users. In 2010, he successfully ported the project to Odnoklassniki, where daily active users grew to 500,000. During this same period, he developed the "Greeting Cards" application, which prompted VKontakte to create a dedicated API for wall postings. This application reached remarkable scale with 1 million daily active users, over 20 million installations, and peak holiday audiences of 7 million users per day on Odnoklassniki, ultimately serving over 100 million total players.
His strategic expansion into mobile platforms proved highly successful when he ported "Scanword of the Day" to iOS in 2013, where it became the most downloaded application in the CIS region. The flagship project "5 Differences Online" achieved top-5 status among the most popular games on Odnoklassniki, top-100 ranking among highest-grossing games on Facebook, and generated over $20 million in mobile platform revenue. Following this success, Smart Project received more than 30 acquisition offers in 2020, leading to a partial company sale to a major mobile developer in 2021, confirming the company's strong investment profile.

Recent achievements under Zaluskyi's leadership include the 2024 launch of "Kitty Sort," which entered the top-3 most downloaded games of its genre worldwide and reached nearly 20 million downloads in a short period. In 2025, he spearheaded the development of an automated system for traffic ROI forecasting and advertising campaign management, providing significant business efficiency gains. He has also initiated comprehensive AI integration across internal processes, spanning art and game design through development and analytics.

Zaluskyi holds a degree from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet, where he studied from September 2001 to May 2006. His technical expertise encompasses game development, social games, product strategy, technological transformation, team scaling, international expansion, and mergers and acquisitions, combining creative vision with analytical rigor and business acumen to build scalable products for global audiences.
