Council Member
Dmytro Mozolevskyi is a full-stack AI product engineer with over a decade of experience building enterprise software products, most recently focused on agentic AI systems for complex, data-intensive domains.

Dmytro Mozolevskyi currently serves as a Member of Technical Staff at Starbridge, where he has been contributing since January 2026. Starbridge is an AI platform designed to help private-sector companies identify opportunities and win business in the notoriously complex public-sector market, targeting state and local government, K-12, and higher education buyers. He works across the core engineering team building agentic products that compress what has historically been a slow, manual sales process, from identifying early buying signals and decision-makers to navigating procurement, discovering RFPs, and generating proposals. His work spans frontend, backend, agent architecture, platform infrastructure, and integrations, with meaningful ownership over the end-to-end product experience. He builds AI agents that reason over Starbridge's proprietary public-sector data and translate fragmented government information into actionable, automated sales workflows. Starbridge raised a $42M Series A to modernize how businesses sell to the public sector, and Dmytro Mozolevskyi has been part of the core team building the platform since joining.

Prior to Starbridge, Dmytro Mozolevskyi spent nearly three years as a Member of Technical Staff at Writer (April 2023 to December 2025), joining when the company had approximately 50 employees and remaining through its growth to roughly 600. During his tenure, Writer evolved from an enterprise writing assistant into a full-stack generative AI and agent platform valued at $1.9 billion, raising $300M across a $100M Series B in 2023 and a $200M Series C in 2024. He was a core contributor to multiple generations of Writer's flagship products, including Ask Writer, AI Studio, Writer Framework, Writer Agent, and enterprise knowledge and retrieval experiences, as well as developer-facing AI infrastructure and observability tooling. He built systems enabling enterprise customers to create AI applications grounded in proprietary company data, connect them to business workflows, and deploy them at scale, supporting organizations including Salesforce, Vanguard, Accenture, Intuit, and Uber. He also contributed to research spanning retrieval systems, financial long-context evaluation, self-improving language models, and outcome-oriented evaluation of AI agents, bridging research work directly with production systems.
Before Writer, Dmytro Mozolevskyi worked as a Senior Full-Stack Developer at Atlassian from April 2020 to February 2023, focused on Trello's ecosystem and integrations platform. He owned and modernized first-party integrations between Trello and products including Jira, Confluence, and Slack, including managing breaking API changes in the Slack Power-Up with minimal user disruption. He also built and maintained platform capabilities supporting Power-Ups, third-party developer APIs, and the Trello marketplace ecosystem. Beyond delivery, he mentored junior engineers, contributed to technical direction, and led efforts to reduce technical debt and modernize legacy platform components, earning direct recognition from engineering leadership for his influence, documentation quality, and subject matter ownership.

Earlier in his career, Dmytro Mozolevskyi served as a Full-Stack Developer at RightNow Group from March 2019 to April 2020, where he built the core platform automating consumer claims workflows across airline tickets, train tickets, travel disruptions, and travel insurance, replacing traditionally manual legal and operational processes with software-driven pipelines. Before that, he spent two years as a Frontend Developer at Genome from April 2017 to March 2019, building product experiences for a full-featured fintech and digital banking platform covering KYC verification, account management, payments, transactions, and currency conversion. He began his career as a freelance frontend developer from May 2015 to March 2017, building web applications for clients using modern JavaScript technologies.

Dmytro Mozolevskyi holds AWS certifications as both a Solutions Architect Associate and a Developer Associate, demonstrating formal recognition of his cloud infrastructure capabilities. His technical expertise spans full-stack web development, agentic AI systems and agent architecture, retrieval-augmented generation, enterprise AI infrastructure, frontend and backend engineering, platform and API design, cloud architecture on AWS, and developer tooling, with practical experience across JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and related modern web technologies.
