From October 2018 to March 2025, Jayanth worked as a Senior QA Consultant at Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking through Marlabs LLC in New York, NY, where he led several high-impact projects. For the KYC Application Upgrade and Enhancements v9.3 (November 2022 – March 2025), he led the bank's largest technology transformation program, delivering end-to-end QA for KYC/AML applications and achieving 70% UI automation coverage, which accelerated release cycles and enabled rapid, compliant customer onboarding under US regulations. He managed global, cross-functional QA teams, ensuring compliant operations in line with KYC/AML mandates and reducing post-deployment defects. He championed the shift from QA to quality engineering, implementing risk-based prioritization that enhanced regulatory compliance and minimized operational and audit risks. On the Firco Trust Case Management System v5.1.1.0 project (January 2021 – November 2021), Jayanth ensured seamless migration and validation of customer and PEP screening operations, maintaining compliance and integrity of high-risk workflows. He delivered accurate and secure migration of all legacy data to Firco Trust, supporting business continuity and timely regulatory reporting. He validated advanced case management features and operational performance of the new platform, enhancing efficiency and reliability of screening processes. Jayanth led the end-to-end replacement of an obsolete sanctions platform with FIRCO Trust at Lloyds Bank New York, ensuring uninterrupted OFAC-compliant screening, full audit traceability, and preventing regulatory breaches or disruption to U.S. banking operations.
From January 2006 to September 2018, Jayanth served as a Lead Consultant at Wipro Technologies in New York, NY, where he directed large-scale international QA programs and enterprise-wide testing for major clients including Best Buy, Seagate, Citibank, Medavie BlueCross, and Standard Bank of South Africa. He built and managed global Quality Engineering teams of up to 27 professionals, enhancing program efficiency and execution reliability across continents.
