Konstantin Shkurko is a Lead Mobile App Developer with over 10 years of experience in iOS and Android development, currently based in Moscow, Russia. He specializes in building enterprise-grade financial and banking applications across multiple mobile platforms.

Konstantin currently serves as Lead Developer in the Mobile App Development Department at Rosselhozbank (JSC Russian Agricultural Bank), a position he has held since December 2022. In this role, he manages a team responsible for developing mission-critical banking applications that serve millions of customers. He leads the technical architecture and implementation using Swift, Kotlin, React, and Flutter, ensuring robust security protocols and seamless user experiences across iOS and Android platforms. His work involves coordinating cross-functional teams, establishing development standards, and maintaining the stability of production systems handling sensitive financial transactions.

Prior to his current position, Konstantin worked as a Senior iOS/Android Developer at Global Development from October 2019 to December 2022. During this three-year tenure, he handled full-cycle development of financial applications, working with Swift, Kotlin, and Angular to build comprehensive solutions from initial design through deployment and maintenance.

From May 2017 to August 2019, Konstantin operated as an independent entrepreneur, creating and launching three educational mobile applications. This period allowed him to explore the complete product lifecycle, from concept to App Store publication, using Swift, Kotlin, and Python to build scalable solutions for the education sector.
His career began at Akasia, a hospitality company, where he served as an iOS Developer from June 2015 to April 2017. He built the company's hotel management application from the ground up, taking it through all development phases to successful publication in the App Store.


Konstantin actively contributes to the developer community through technical writing. He recently published an article on DEV Community titled "Secure Data Sharing Between iOS Apps," where he explores inter-process communication methods in iOS, covering URL Schemes, Universal Links, App Groups, Keychain Sharing, and XPC Services with a strong emphasis on security best practices.
His technical expertise encompasses Swift, Kotlin, React, Flutter, Angular, and Python, with specialized knowledge in mobile security architecture, cross-platform development methodologies, and financial application infrastructure.
