Navtanay Sinha is a product management leader with over 15 years of experience building and scaling enterprise software platforms across cloud infrastructure, data protection, and database services. He brings a track record of taking products from zero to market, growing revenue, and establishing the operational frameworks that allow product organizations to move with clarity and speed.

Navtanay Sinha currently serves as Principal Product Manager at Pure Storage (May 2024 - Present), where he is the founding PM for Pure Fusion, the company's fleet-scale storage management platform spanning block, file, and object protocols. He built Fusion's product strategy from inception, and the platform reached more than 600 customers within 15 months of launch from Pure's 14,000-customer base. He defined the roadmap to scale Fusion to 5,000 customers, identifying compliance enforcement and policy-first operations as the two critical capability gaps blocking broader adoption, and is leading two separate 0-to-1 initiatives to close those gaps. For each initiative, he authored PRFAQs, drove engineering and UX reviews, and built GTM readiness plans. In addition to his core ownership, Navtanay Sinha serves as a consulting PM across four adjacent workstreams, providing PRD feedback, design reviews, and cross-team dependency identification to maintain platform cohesion. He also established the PM organization's operating framework, standardizing product definition artifacts, review processes, and AI-assisted prototyping workflows that the team now uses to scope, validate, and communicate product investments. He holds a Pure Storage patent (P7185US02) for a telemetry-aware, policy-driven workflow orchestration platform that self-adapts to performance signals for automated governance, allocation, and ML-guided workflow optimization.

Prior to Pure Storage, Navtanay Sinha was a Senior Product Manager at Amazon Web Services (June 2020 - August 2023), where he owned Amazon Neptune, AWS's managed graph database service. He grew Neptune revenue by more than 300% over two years through new feature launches, cross-functional collaboration with partner product teams, and expanded use case coverage. He proposed major product expansions via PRFAQs, covering increased query language and infrastructure breadth, and delivered features that simplified customer onboarding and production adoption. He owned the customer relationships for Neptune's top enterprise accounts, providing regular engagement, feature validation, and deployment support, which strengthened trust and retention across that segment. On pricing, he introduced private pricing plans for top customers and defined pricing for new markets and regions, increasing net margin by 5%. His GTM plans and customer-facing collateral, including blog posts, news articles, and external presentations, drove adoption growth of more than 150%. He also holds an Amazon patent (P76130-US01) for a dynamic, thread-prioritized memory allocator with autoscaling for graph database workloads, eliminating over-provisioning and stabilizing latency under bursty conditions.

Before AWS, Navtanay Sinha was a Product Manager at Druva Inc (January 2019 - June 2020), where he managed the company's SaaS-based enterprise backup solution. He partnered with 8 to 10 design partner customers to validate product direction and drive adoption, growing the Phoenix product by 300 customers within two years. He identified and launched long-term cloud retention for archival use cases, expanding the product into an adjacent segment beyond backup and disaster recovery. He also owned product positioning across launches, webinars, analyst reviews, and trade conferences, and designed and delivered sales training on capabilities and competitive differentiation.
Navtanay Sinha spent nearly four years at Dell EMC (July 2015 - January 2019) as a Senior Advisor in Product Management, focused on cloud strategy and products for the Data Domain data protection platform. He developed the GTM strategy for Data Domain adoption in AWS and Azure, targeting early adopters, defining sales plays, and driving 150% growth in public cloud product adoption. He owned the Data Domain security roadmap, defining requirements and working with engineering to ship security features across the product line. He also managed a lighthouse customer program for Data Domain's virtualized offering on a new cloud platform, providing white-glove support and generating public customer references.

Earlier in his career, Navtanay Sinha served as a Senior Software Quality Engineer at EMC Corporation (August 2008 - June 2013), where he led QA teams across three geographies, including Bangalore, Santa Clara, and Prague, and drove the adoption of automated testing processes to increase coverage and reduce manual effort. He served as liaison between the engineering team and senior management for Avamar, EMC's backup and recovery software generating over $500M in revenue, and acted as single point of contact for customer escalations, supporting roughly 15 priority escalations per month.

Navtanay Sinha holds a Master of Business Administration from Simon Business School at the University of Rochester, where he was named a Michael F. Werner Scholar and graduated on the Dean's List with a focus in Marketing, Strategy, and Pricing. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology.

His technical and functional expertise spans product strategy and roadmap development, 0-to-1 product development, cloud and enterprise platform architecture, go-to-market strategy, product pricing, competitive analysis, financial modeling, sales enablement, and agile delivery across cloud infrastructure, data protection, and graph database domains.
