Nitin Garg is a Senior Product Manager – Technical at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Greater Seattle Area, bringing over 20 years of experience in product management, strategy, and business operations across technology, healthcare, and consulting sectors. He has built a career developing zero-to-one products, managing complex cross-functional initiatives, and delivering measurable business impact through data-informed decision-making and strategic execution.

At AWS since August 2020, Nitin Garg currently focuses on agentic AI solutions and workflow automations for third-party sellers. He designed and launched a zero-to-one workflow automation product featuring native skills for intelligent document processing and integrations with first-party AWS services including S3, Textract, and Bedrock Agents. He built 250+ actions across 50+ connectors such as MS-Exchange and Jira, enabling agentic execution capabilities on third-party services. Working with three lighthouse customers, he managed use case qualification, Beta product configuration, and executive demonstrations that led to the general availability launch of Quick Automate, delivering productivity improvements for US sellers generating over $4 million in annual gross revenue. Earlier in his AWS tenure, he launched a budget allocation and management product handling $1.5 billion in annual budgets with improved controllership, onboarding 3,000 users in the AWS Marketing Organization to meet a fiscal year 2023 CFO goal. He also developed an "Org Rules" feature for an Amazon-wide headcount management product, enabling administrators to configure hiring guardrails that ensure compliance with workforce management strategies. His leadership of an AWS-wide rollout addressed a critical adoption blocker, resulting in 71% of AWS organizations adopting the headcount management product and exceeding the CFO's 50% onboarding target.

Prior to AWS, Nitin Garg served as Senior Director of Business Operations at Enlivant in Chicago from February 2019 to July 2020, reporting directly to the COO. Enlivant, a private equity-owned operator of approximately 230 assisted living communities with roughly $600 million in revenue, relied on him to lead the enterprise program management office and steering committee discussions with CEO-direct reports to manage multiple concurrent strategic initiatives aimed at improving margins and scaling the operating service platform. He launched enterprise-wide Tableau dashboards featuring key OKRs and KPIs for 7,000 field users, improving data quality, reducing latency, and eliminating manual IT efforts in support of a joint CTO/COO enterprise goal. He also led all corporate financial planning and analysis efforts, including variance and trend analysis at month-end close, quarterly board reports, and annual field budgets, providing insights into current financial performance and future outlook.

From October 2016 to January 2019, Nitin Garg held the position of Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at Vein Clinics of America in Chicago, reporting directly to the CFO. At this private equity-owned healthcare services provider operating approximately 60 clinics with around $200 million in revenue, he introduced a new service offering and treatment modality from business case approvals through rollout across all clinic sites, generating approximately $5 million in incremental annual EBITDA—a 25% increase that exceeded the plan by 37%. He formulated quantitative market selection criteria and deployed a map-based data analytics platform that accelerated investment decisions for site selections, leading to the opening of four new clinics in prioritized markets. He performed all aspects of sell-side diligence and coordinated with various internal and external stakeholders as the single point of contact, resulting in the sale of the company for over $100 million to a new private equity owner in December 2017. Through performance deep dives of the clinic portfolio, he identified highly utilized clinics for expansion and under-utilized clinics for closures and divestitures, resulting in approximately $1 million in savings.

Using advanced analytics, he developed detailed part segmentation and pricing strategies for the approximately $1.4 billion Aftersales business unit of an automotive OEM, increasing operating profit by approximately $30 million in 2015. He led 20 cross-functional client associates through an end-to-end global RFP process including business requirements, use cases, Q&A sessions, demonstrations, and scoring to shortlist a SaaS pricing technology vendor. He designed the global operating model for the Aftersales pricing division of an automotive OEM, leading to the rollout of regional and global pricing centers of excellence that improved governance, reporting, and transfer pricing. He led a cross-functional team to develop the go-to-market strategy and implementation roadmap for an approximately $10 million part business, achieving a 10% revenue uplift and 7% operating profit improvement. He developed Deloitte's position on IoT and connected machines in response to a growth strategy RFP from an agricultural OEM, resulting in Deloitte being shortlisted in the final two candidates. He led buy-side commercial due diligence for a US pharmacy retailer to identify potential synergy opportunities and assess discount-drug programs' impact on customers, leading to a $1.8 billion acquisition. He also supported commercial integration efforts to realize $90 million revenue synergy targets for a US-based global medical devices client following a $3.9 billion acquisition of a Swedish medical technology company.

From July 2004 to June 2012, Nitin Garg worked at Tata Consultancy Services in New Delhi, India and Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Business Development Associate in the Life Sciences Practice, he developed service delivery models, governance models, transition plans, and cost and effort estimates while managing RFI and RFP responses for a $30 million multi-year outsourcing deal that resulted in a win for TCS. He identified $250,000 in business development opportunities with an existing client by gathering insights through root cause analysis and trend analysis that helped TCS realize its revenue goals. As Project Manager and Technical Lead for a US-based global pharmaceutical client, he led a 20-member global team to manage a $3 million portfolio of IT services including Master Data Management and Business Intelligence reporting systems, exceeding TCS service level agreements.
