Parag Wadehra is a Senior SAP Solution Architect and Technical Delivery Lead with over 19 years of experience in technical architecture, enterprise software development, and end-to-end delivery management across industries including robotics, retail, manufacturing, consumer products, logistics, and healthcare. He manages day-to-day technical blockers, enforces Clean Core principles, and optimizes HANA performance for enterprise-scale utilization.
Prior to that, Parag Wadehra worked as an SAP Team Lead at Wilson Sporting Goods Co. on a contract basis through IBM (April 2025 to September 2025), steering an AMS team supporting the corporate SAP S/4HANA landscape. He managed the custom enhancement delivery queue, tracked strict SLAs, and prepared weekly and monthly status reports for client stakeholders. Notably, he designed reusable CPI iFlow templates that improved integration deployment efficiency by 35%, while conducting code reviews and mentoring senior consultants on ABAP best practices.
From January 2022 to February 2025, Parag Wadehra held the role of Application Development Analyst at International Paper.
