He drove end-user training and business acceptance testing, and collaborated with production support during retailer onboarding, go-live, and fixing reporting issues.

From October 2017 to September 2019, Priyam Das served as Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Centizen, Inc., where he gathered requirements to lead the design and development of Tableau dashboards. He performed root cause analysis involving validation of source data and reporting logic, worked closely with business users and subject matter experts to understand and document current state and future state of business and technical goals, and translated stakeholder requirements into tangible deliverables such as user stories, functional specifications, and source-to-target mapping documents.
Priyam Das spent nearly eight years at Cognizant from November 2009 to September 2017 in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area, serving as Associate-Projects. He led requirement gathering sessions with business users for new reporting needs, analyzed, designed, built, and tested reporting solutions in Cognos and Tableau based on business requirements, and worked with production support teams for fixing data issues reported by users. He coordinated with onsite and offshore teams for resolving and testing various business and process issues, prepared high-level estimates for new change or development requests, and supported resourcing needs by analyzing open positions, coordinating with account managers, and conducting technical interviews.

Priyam Das holds a Master of Science in Business with a specialization in Supply Chain Analytics from Oregon State University, completed in June 2024. He earned his Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, graduating in 2009. He has completed professional certifications including Generative AI for Everyone from DeepLearning.AI in June 2024 and Amazon Web Services Essential Training from Lynda.com in September 2016.

His technical expertise encompasses SQL, Python, Snowflake, Teradata, Tableau, Cognos, data warehousing, databases, data modeling, business analytics, supply chain management, and agile methodologies.
