Sachin Bajpai is a healthcare technology executive with more than 20 years of experience leading data, analytics, and AI initiatives across every segment of the healthcare industry, including Payer, Provider, Life Sciences, and Government. His career reflects a rare end-to-end command of the healthcare ecosystem, built through a progression of increasingly senior roles at major consulting firms, technology companies, and product organizations.

Sachin Bajpai currently serves as Managing Director for Data, Analytics & AI at PwC Advisory (PricewaterhouseCoopers), a position he has held since June 2015. In this role, he leads strategy-through-execution engagements for healthcare clients, covering enterprise data and AI strategy, multi-year transformation roadmaps, and the development of AI and data products. He functions as executive sponsor and trusted advisor to C-suite leaders across Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences organizations, guiding decisions on modernization, M&A due diligence, build-versus-buy tradeoffs, and operating model design. Among his most significant achievements in this role, he scaled a 60-plus-member organization responsible for delivering a $35 million multi-year transformation program for a global pharmaceutical client, converting a paper-based, retrospective reporting function into a data-driven, insights-led business unit within three years. The program encompassed an AI Center of Excellence, Data Delivery, Analytics Enablement, Data Governance, Change Management, Stakeholder Communications, and a Program Management Office. He also conceived and delivered a next-generation Healthcare Command Center for a leading health system, accelerating care-continuum coordination and response times to improve patient outcomes while generating $18 million in year-over-year savings against a five-year investment. His client relationships span some of the most recognized names in the industry, including GE Healthcare, Amgen, Moderna, Astellas Pharma, Gilead Sciences, Boehringer Ingelheim, NEOM, Mayo Clinic, LabCorp, Children's Hospital Los Angeles, Children's Hospital Boston, Blue Cross Blue Shield affiliates in Michigan, California, and Kansas, Molina, BMC WellSense, CVS, and the State of California.

Prior to PwC, Sachin Bajpai held the role of Senior Product Manager at CitiusTech Inc., where he led the development of BI-Clinical, a proprietary regulatory healthcare performance-management product. Serving as both delivery partner and lead client manager, he drove product development, consulting, and delivery for North American clients. Notably, he built and commercialized a Physician Performance Management analytics product aligned to CMS programs including PQRS, HEDIS, AHRQ, and ACO, growing the team from three to 24 members in two years and scaling the offering to more than $5 million in annual revenue, along with $400,000 in one-time licensing fees.
Before CitiusTech, Sachin Bajpai served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he led data integration engagements as an ETL program manager. He built decision-support systems for real-time event risk mitigation, delivered pharmacovigilance data migration solutions, and established Business Intelligence Competency Centers for clients. Earlier in his career, he worked as a System Analyst at Hexaware Technologies Ltd., where he led the data warehouse team delivering a general-insurance business intelligence solution and launched a cross-selling initiative with parent company AXA Life. He began his career as a Senior Software Engineer at STMicroelectronics Limited, serving as a module lead in the Sales and Marketing applications group, and as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where he worked as an ETL developer for the GE Group, building Informatica mappings and Business Objects reports and dashboards.

Sachin Bajpai holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. He has completed executive education programs at Harvard Medical School in AI in Health Care, at MIT Sloan School of Management in Artificial Intelligence and Business Strategy, at the University of Minnesota in Interpersonal Healthcare Informatics, and at Johns Hopkins University in The Science of Safety in Healthcare.
