He helped operationalize a follow-the-sun DevOps model, connecting anomaly detection, alert validation, incident triage, escalation, and business-impact assessment into a continuous operating capability. The monitored signals were associated with millions of dollars in advertising activity, and the work measurably improved the organization's ability to recognize abnormal revenue and delivery behavior during active operating windows rather than relying on delayed next-day review. Prior to Yahoo, he completed a six-month student internship at Cisco in 2010.
