Vitalii Pelypkanych is an experienced construction innovation leader and strategic development expert specializing in digital transformation.
As Director of Strategic Development at EVERSCAN LLC (2020-Present), Vitalii leads high-impact initiatives integrating LiDAR, terrestrial scanning, metrology and BIM technologies into construction and industrial environments. His leadership has resulted in measurable reductions in project risk, accelerated delivery timelines, improved safety metrics, and optimized capital expenditures - outcomes that distinguish his work beyond routine engineering practice.
Earlier, during 2018-2020, as Strategic Projects Director at Kyivmiskbud, Ukraine’s largest construction holding, Vitalii reformed procurement and budgeting workflows, and implemented new planning procedures that significantly reduced overhead and strengthened cost control. His initiatives accelerated major development timelines by several months, lowered raw-material expenses, and improved overall financial accuracy. Several of these initiatives became reference models replicated across multiple projects.
At Building Evolution Engineering & Construction Company (2013-2018), Vitalii played a strategic role in modernization of engineering standards and construction workflow. Under his guidance, the company transitioned from traditional engineering practices to integrated digital workflows, enabling it to compete successfully for large-scale and technically demanding projects.
Vitalii holds a bachelor's degree of science transport engineer at National Aviation University in Kyiv, Ukraine. Vitalii has also actively engaged in professional development through industry conferences, including 3D Technologies in Architecture and Construction at Lviv Polytechnic National University, as well as specialized technical training such as Using Drones for Aerial Survey and 3D Modeling in 2021.
