Prior to his current role, Pelypkanych served as Director of Strategic Development at EVERSCAN LLC from February 2020 to September 2025, where he developed and implemented long-term strategic plans and identified new business opportunities for both domestic and international market expansion. He negotiated contracts and agreements while promoting the use of 3D LiDAR and terrestrial scanning, building information modeling, and metrology solutions. His strategic oversight included developing pricing strategies, mentoring teams, and coordinating cross-department initiatives to ensure strategic alignment and continuous improvement while streamlining workflows, project management, and team communication to reduce inefficiencies and optimize resource utilization.
Between June 2018 and February 2020, he served as Strategic Project Director at KYIVMISKBUD, where he developed and implemented business and supply chain optimization frameworks, identifying and resolving operational inefficiencies to improve overall performance. He led supplier negotiations and introduced advanced inventory management systems while directing large-scale construction projects from planning to completion. His role involved implementing innovative construction technologies and process improvements while executing strategic growth initiatives and securing high-value contracts.

He oversaw tender processes, negotiations, and proposal development for high-value construction contracts while analyzing and optimizing project management systems, workflows, and communication to improve operational efficiency, budgeting, and cost control. His leadership included driving innovation by integrating modern construction technologies and methods, monitoring market trends, competitor performance, and regulatory changes to guide strategic decisions, and mentoring management and project teams.
Previously at BUILDING EVOLUTION, he served as Head of Engineering Department from May 2015 to March 2016, leading an engineering team of up to 15 people who designed and implemented HVAC and water supply projects for hotels, restaurants, casinos, and private residences. He managed team performance and development while verifying commercial proposals for clients and overseeing department budgeting and gross margin planning. From September 2013 to May 2015, he held the role of Head of Logistics Department, where he organized and controlled logistics operations, implemented new processes, searched for suppliers and conducted negotiations, signed contracts for building materials and equipment supply, and managed warehouse and transport logistics while developing employee motivation programs.
His career began at CLIMATE SYSTEMS from June 2010 to August 2013, where he served as Logistics Manager, handling formation of acts and invoices, controlling settlements with suppliers, concluding contracts, managing procurement control and planning, overseeing warehouse logistics management, and organizing driver operations.
Vitalii Pelypkanych has pursued continuous professional development through specialized courses including Using Drones for Aerial Survey and 3D Modeling from DroneUA/Geoscan Ukraine, 3D Technologies in Architecture and Construction from Lviv Polytechnic National University, Digital Tools for Infrastructure Monitoring and Management, and Modern Metrology and Quality Control Technologies from Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute/Hexagon Metrology Ukraine. He has also attended multiple Construction Summit conferences from 2019 to 2021.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Transport Engineering from the National Aviation University in Kyiv, Ukraine in June 2011, and completed a refresher course in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning in 2019.
